Shipping and Delivery


All orders in the U.S. are shipped via UPS

All international orders are shipped via DHL


Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with your order and tracking information. We do not ship to PO boxes. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.






We are happy to exchange any product that we stock for credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original packaging and packaging materials. Items must be unworn and unwashed, used, altered or damaged to be able to be returned for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is approved or denied for exchange.


To process an exchange, please email with the subject line "return request_your name_order number". In your email please specify the reason for returning, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return for exchange. You will be issued a RA#. A tracking number prior to sending back returns is recommended. Once an RA# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so they are received with 2 weeks of the RA# created.

Once your exchange has been received, you will be issued a merchandise credit valid for a year of original purchase date, less the original shipping costs for exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and custom charges for exchanges.
